Mr. Kim has over 13 years of consulting experience in advanced statistical and data analysis. As the Chief Business Intelligence Officer, his responsibility is to compile, analyze and present data to provide insight and actionable knowledge to facilitate decision making to improve the ultimate patient experience and overall operational efficiency. Prior to joining Western Dental, Mr. Kim held senior positions at some of the top professional services firms such as Navigant Consulting, Deloitte & Touche, PricewaterhourseCoopers, and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Kim has consulted for many Fortune 500 companies, including major healthcare providers. Mr. Kim received a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
