Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Rogers is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Western Dental's Accounting Department, as well as financial reporting to lenders, investors, regulatory agencies and others for Western Dental and its affiliates. He plays an important role in enhancing the company's strategic decision-making and reporting by providing timely and accurate financial data and analysis. Mr. Rogers has more than 10 years of experience in public and private accounting and his specialized expertise is in the biotechnology, healthcare, and entertainment industries. Prior to joining Western Dental, Mr. Rogers held the position of assurance manager with BDO Seidman, LLP. Mr. Rogers is a certified public accountant in the State of California and a chartered accountant in South Africa.
