Office Managers
Western Dental office managers ensure that all business aspects of our
general dental offices, or orthodontic centers, function smoothly, efficiently,
and in an orderly manner. Western Dental office managers are responsible
for maintaining a well-run, viable practice that offers high-quality treatment,
outstanding service, and a positive work environment. Office Managers manage and
train front office and back office staff in office operations placing an emphasis
on teamwork, unity, and good organization. Office managers are experts in customer
care and are responsible for treatment consultations, patient follow-up calls, and
providing our patients with an unparalleled customer experience.
Receptionists
Western Dental receptionists receive training to become important contributors to
our unmatched customer experience. Receptionists are responsible for greeting and
signing in patients, as well as scheduling and confirming appointments. Other duties
include friendly customer service, answering telephones, and conducting important
office procedures to ensure the efficiency of the office.
Treatment Coordinators (Patient Care Coordinators)
Western Dental Treatment Coordinators are responsible for ensuring an unparalleled
patient experience. This includes greeting patients and introducing them to
the office, performing treatment consultations, and making patient follow-up
calls. Our Treatment Coordinators are trained to be experts in providing our
patients with excellent customer service.
Insurance Consultants
Western Dental Insurance Consultants are responsible for all insurance
billing. Our Insurance Consultants are trained in insurance benefits, coverage principles,
processing claims and customer service. Insurance Consultants may also perform treatment
consultations and patient follow-up calls, helping provide an unparalleled customer
experience.
Credit Consultants
Western Dental Credit Consultants are responsible for making and tracking the financial
arrangements for all dental services not paid by some form of dental insurance.
Our Credit Consultants are trained to make dentistry affordable for our non-insured
patients by extending payment plans that fit the patient and by working with our
doctors to sequence services in a way that maximizes the value received for the
treatments performed. Credit Consultants may also perform treatment consultations
and patient follow-up calls, helping provide an unparalleled customer experience.
Denti-Cal Consultants (California only)
Western Dental Denti-Cal Consultants are responsible for the dental billing
related to the Denti-Cal program of California. Denti-Cal Consultants are trained
in processing, verifying eligibility, billing, pre-authorizations and follow-up.
Denti-Cal Consultants may also perform treatment consultations and patient follow-up
calls, joining the rest of the office in providing an unparalleled customer experience.
