POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Service Representative will provide quality service on all inbound and outbound calls to new and existing patients for the purpose of centralizing patient eligibility and will interact with patients for the purpose of scheduling an appointment with Western Dental.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma
Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience/Skills: High level proficiency of computer skills, strong communication skills, acute attention to detail and good listening skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
COMPENSATION
$16,000 Annually plus commission
