What does the Healthy Families Program Cover?
The Healthy Families Program offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
for children through selected insurance plans in each California county. Each county
has different plans to choose from, but all plans offer similar coverage.
Children enrolled in the Healthy Families Program are eligible for all covered services
deemed medically necessary by their provider. Healthy Families will not deny coverage
to an eligible child because of his/her health condition.
