Enrollment in a Western Dental plan is required to obtain the pricing
stated, at an annual enrollment cost of $50 to $99 for the member only,
$60 to $114 for the member and one dependent and $70 to $135 for the
entire family. Enrollment entitles a member to receive covered core
preventative services at no additional charge: a comprehensive oral
evaluation, full mouth x-rays, nutritional counseling regarding dental
disease, and oral hygiene instruction.
