Biography

Dr. Kirsch heads Western Dental's recruiting activities worldwide. In addition to overseeing the recruiting department's daily work, including new doctor training, Dr. Kirsch is responsible for Western Dental's programs and relations with dental schools throughout the United States, including externship, career, clinic and other student-oriented programs. Dr. Kirsch also coordinates Western Dental's interaction with most dental associations in California. Prior to being appointed Director of Recruiting, Dr. Kirsch served as Operations Director for Western Dental Centers in San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County and Arizona and, before that, as managing doctor at Western Dental's Huntington Park office for almost 30 years. Kirsch received his doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry.
