Biography
Mr. Ireland is a seasoned executive with a unique broad-based background in directing large call center and customer focused service organizations. He contributes more than 20 years of experience in executive and senior management roles in both the public and private sector. Mr. Ireland is responsible for directing all of Western Dental’s contact center operations. He combines extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship technology and operational affairs with a strong management orientation toward customer focus, service and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Western Dental, Mr. Ireland was Vice President of Operations for Big Train Inc., a leading manufacturer of gourmet beverages. Earlier in his career he held senior management positions in the Aviation and CRM software industries. He earned his BS Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
