Biography

Phil Runnoe has over 15 years of experience in the health care industry, including 10 years in the dental benefits industry, most recently with Delta Dental of California. He spent over five years with Alliance Imaging/Mobile Technology, Inc., a provider of shared service mobile diagnostic imaging. He earned his MBA from the University of Southern California and is a CPA in the state of California.
