Richard Montgomery

Vice President Collections

Mr. Montgomery has over 20 years of experience in contact centers, collections, loss mitigation, telephone sales and customer service.  Prior to joining Western Dental, Richard has worked within a breadth of industries including sub-prime mortgage,prime credit cards and telecommunications.  Additionally, Mr. Montgomery earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.  Richards' responsibilities will include providing the executive leadership, guidance and oversight of Western Dental's extensive and steadily growing staff, operations, and systems, and reporting in the patient credit and collections business.
