Biography

Mr. Gruenbaum has over 25 years of experience in accounting, law and business, including work with state and federal regulatory agencies. In charting the course for Western Dental's future, Mr. Gruenbaum draws from his many years of legal and business counseling to health care companies in the dental and medical fields, as well as his counseling to public and private companies in a number of industries about strategy, policy, and major transactions. Mr. Gruenbaum was a certified public accountant (CPA) and is a lawyer.
