Sandra Lau

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Sandra Lau is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Western Dental’s Legal Department, including risk management, regulatory and corporate compliance, contract oversight, labor and employment, and other general business and corporate matters. Ms. Lau has over 15 years of experience in general corporate law. Prior to joining Western Dental in 2005, Ms. Lau was associated with the international law firms Graham & James LLP and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP, where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate and transactional law. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School.
