Biography

Dr. Souzan Ardalan has 13 years of experience in the dental industry, including dental office management, quality management, doctor training, dental office operations, and business planning. Dr. Ardalan joined Western in 1992 initially as an associate dentist, and thereafter was promoted to managing doctor of several of the Company's offices, and ultimately to the position of Operations Director and Executive Operations Director. Dr. Ardalan is involved in major aspects of the Company's operations, including quality management, business planning and dental office operations. Dr. Ardalan received her DDS Degree from USC Dental School in 1992, and her Bachelors in chemical science from CalPoly in 1988.
