Mr. Gray is responsible for leading Western Dental Benefits Division. Mr. Gray has over 20 years of experience in the managed dental care industry. In addition to support and expand Western’s existing managed care programs; Mr. Gray also plays an important role in setting Western’s strategic course for universal healthcare under federal healthcare report legislation. Mr. Gray‘s experience includes serving as the COO of Liberty Dental Plan, and as the VP of Operations for Universal Care. Mr. Gray is degreed and certificated, Communication Management, from United States Armed Forces Institute.
