Biography

Theresa Carrara is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Western Dental's Accounting Department, as well as financial reporting to lenders, investors, regulatory agencies and others for Western Dental and its affiliates. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with several years of experience in public and private accounting, she plays an important role in enhancing the company's strategic decision-making and reporting by providing timely and accurate financial data and analysis. Prior to joining Western Dental, Ms. Carrara served as a consultant for DLC, Inc. (The David Lewis Company), handling financial reporting and analysis. Before that, she held senior management positions with Conexant Systems, Inc., and AmerisourceBergen Corporation. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with an emphasis in accounting.
