ORANGE, Calif., August 28, 2018 – Western Dental, one of the nation’s largest dental providers and the largest provider of dental services in California, announced today the conversion of another recently acquired pediatric dental office to Western Dental Kids.
The newly converted office is located at 14510 Baldwin Park Towne Center, Baldwin Park, Calif.
The Baldwin Park location was one of 14 Kids Dental Kare offices purchased by Western Dental late last year. All Kids Dental Kare offices will be converted to Western Dental Kids by year end, along with eight Children’s Dental Group offices recently acquired. The transformations include exterior signage, new interior colors and office design, and bright, in-office graphics.
“Our young patients love the bright colors and kid-size dental chairs,” said Dr. Corina Ramirez, Pediatric Director for Western Dental. “They feel special when they come here. That’s very important to us. When children step into a Western Dental Kids office, we want them to feel relaxed, comfortable and mentally prepared for their examination.”
The office has four treatment rooms, two x-ray rooms and comprehensive pediatric dental services, including sealants to help prevent cavities, fluoride treatments, and a full-service orthodontics department. The office accepts most forms of dental insurance, including Medi-Cal Dental.
“With the conversions of our recent acquisitions to Western Dental Kids, we’re expanding access for children across the state,” said Dr. John Luther, Chief Dental Officer. “This new Western Dental Kids office will provide services to children in Baldwin Park and the surrounding communities of West Covina and El Monte.”
An open house and ribbon cutting ceremony is planned.
