The offices were acquired from a private seller.
The transaction brings the total number of Western Dental offices in California to 225. Western Dental supports a total of 316 offices in five states, including California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada and Alabama.
Both offices currently provide general dentistry, including oral hygiene, as well as orthodontics and oral surgery. The Vallejo office also offers endodontics and pediatric dentistry.
