ORANGE, Calif., October 12, 2021 – Western Dental, a national leader in dental and orthodontic care, today announced that Paul A. Holt has joined the organization as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective October 4.
Mr. Holt comes to Western Dental with more than 20 years of experience as a chief financial officer, including 18 years with healthcare companies that were publicly traded – NextGen Healthcare, Inc. and NantHealth, Inc. – where he helped lead an initial public offering. He has also held financial leadership positions in companies engaged in waste management and recycling, manufacturing and distribution. He began his career in public accounting, where he was a Senior Staff Accountant for McGladrey & Pullen, LLC, now known as RSM US LLP.

Mr. Holt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He was named the Orange County Public Company CFO of the Year in 2012 by the Orange County Business Journal.
