ORANGE, Calif., January 26, 2021 – Western Dental & Orthodontics, one of the nation’s leaders in accessible, affordable, high-quality oral health care, today announced the appointment of Dr. Steven Le as Pediatric Director.
Dr. Le will have the primary responsibility of ensuring quality of care and service excellence for pediatric patients in Western Dental Kids, Western Dental, Brident and Vital Smiles offices in California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada and Alabama.
As Pediatric Director, Dr. Le will support the pediatric clinical team and shape clinical protocols and the patient care experience in collaboration with pediatric dentists, office staff, the quality management team, and operational and business leaders.
Dr. Le has been a pediatric dentist for more than 20 years and served as a pediatric dentist at various Western Dental locations throughout Southern California. He received a Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Southern California and completed his Specialty Residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Minnesota.

Prior to joining Western Dental, Dr. Le was a professor at the University of Southern California Dental School and the Director for the USC/QueensCare Dental Mobile Clinics. He also served as Clinical Instructor for Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Minnesota, President and lead pediatric dentist for Kids’ Dental in California and lead pediatric dentist at Children’s Dental Center in Indiana.
