The staff is super friendly. Sometimes the wait times are crazy long, so try getting a very early morning appointment. I had braces for 10 years and because of it I now have an obsession with looking at other peoples teeth. When I took my kids here I will be honest, I am a harsh skeptic because my high expectations for dentistry. While in the waiting room, I was looking at all the kids braces, smiles, over bites, etc. I was really happy to see such a good quality of orthodontistry! When we got pulled to the back to talk to the dentist and go through the free exam I felt confident in that I knew what my kids needed and I had gone through the process so it wasnt new or scary for me. He was amazing! He explained exactly what my kids needed, how much, if he could fix certain issues or not. My son has a very big overbite that when I took him into another more expensive orthodontist, they never told us that his jaw was too short. They said he would grow into it at 10 yrs old. Since I do t know much about bone/jaw growth who was I to question. But those braces wouldve costed me like $8k and 8 years ago there was no option for braces medical insurance and dental insurance alone still wouldn't have helped much with the cost of 3 kids and waiting 2 years to be able to get it started. Since I am a single mother of 3, that is out of the question!! He is now 18, in college and now getting braces. This dentist explained the process, costs, and length of time for each of my kids. I know, they all have bad teeth, lucky me. They have inhouse financing and offer care credit financing. I did both options since I have 3 in braces. They have really helped in the cost, price, flexibility, hours of operation by open on weekends. I highly recommend here to start. ShowMore

It’s been known to have long waits, but it was worth every minute. Dr Ahmad explained my treatment very well and the hygienist explained everything as she was doing my cleaning which helped me understand what to expect! Great customer service!
