The fight against cavities is in your hands.

It's called a toothbrush! Use it at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and floss at least once a day. Good brushing and flossing is honestly the best way to keep the bacteria that form plaque from eating holes in your teeth.

Treating cavities

Cavities can be painful, and if they aren’t repaired, they can lead to infections and even the loss of the tooth. If your dentist discovers one, she'll recommend treating it right away.

Anyone can get a cavity, even people who brush and floss and visit the dentist regularly, so don’t feel bad. Just get it fixed!

  • We’ll remove the decayed parts of the tooth.
  • Clean all the surfaces.
  • Fill the area to create a lasting repair to your tooth.

Your dentist will explain the pros and cons of each filling material, and our staff will research your insurance coverage so that you can make the best choice for you.
