You'll also train front office and back office staff in office operations and guide to work as a unfied, well-organized teamwork. When it comes to our patient experience, our receptionists are the first person most patients see. You're responsible for greeting and signing in patients, scheduling and confirming appointments and providing excellent customer service in person and on the phone. You'll also handle important office procedures that keep our clinical and office staff working efficiently.
