We don’t usually like to brag, but this month we have a lot to be proud of. By the end of September, a total of 105 offices in the Western Dental/Brident family had earned Google Top Dental Office honors by averaging 4 stars on Google during the third quarter of 2021.

When a patient visits any of our offices, they can expect to receive Five Star Service from the moment they step through the door, starting with a warm greeting and continuing throughout their appointment. A Google Top Dental Office consistently provides this kind of high level quality of care, and many have received this top honor over multiple quarters.

These offices are singled out because patients shared their feedback online by posting high scores and positive comments on each office’s Google review site.

Patients always have the opportunity to share their feedback about the type of care they receive during their appointment.  We welcome your comments! Even with more stringent COVID protocols mandated by public health authorities, each office strives to maintain exceptional service while patients are in our care.  Our patients have been understanding, and most appreciate the extra precautions we’ve taken.

(If for some reason we’ve failed to live up to patient expectations, we want to know. That’s why we ask for your comments on our review rating site, “Review My Stars.” Every patient has an opportunity to share constructive critiques right on their phones, which go directly to upper management. Just ask any dental team member how to access it.)

To recognize a Google Top Rated Dental Office, look for their colorful sticker in the window. And if you feel inclined, let them know you saw it.

Depending on your case, the recommendation could range from a basic filling (most patients) to a dental implant, braces, a deep cleaning or extensive periodontal treatment.  So it’s wise to ask for clarification and further explanation if you have questions.

Today, dentistry’s goal is to break the cycle of dental disease, move beyond the historic model of “drill and fill” and to treat caries, the disease that causes cavities, as a disease that can be prevented. The keys to success for you and your children are easier than you may think.
